About the program

Our seasonal positions are for people that are seeking part time work as an independent contractor through the upcoming holiday season and possibly beyond. Some of the perks you can receive are a flexible schedule; the ability to work from your own home office, and make money from home! 

Pay and Hours are Competitive

Call center professionals earn a competitive hourly pay ranging from 10-15.00 per hour depending on the project selected. You will be able to work at minimum 15 hours per week; bringing in lots of xtra money for the holidays.

About the positions 

We have multiple positions available in customer support, sales, and technical help desk Tier 1. Please review our independent contractor program page to learn more HERE. You will need to select which position you would like to apply for sales, customer support, or technical help desk tier 1. You will then be prompted to apply for the position. Someone will contact you with an interview within the next two weeks. We are looking for these positions to fill quickly.

Qualifications and Requirements 

Must be US based. We are not able to offer this program to applicants outside of the United States. 

Successful Independent Contractors will have the following skills:
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
